Carpenter Laborer (Commercial Construction)
Looking to start or grow your career in construction? We are hiring Carpenter Laborers who are eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a team. Whether you're helping experienced carpenters, moving materials, or keeping the job site clean, you'll play an important role in building commercial projects throughout the Colorado Springs area.
Assist carpenters and construction crews on commercial job sites
Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and job site organization
Learn carpentry and construction skills from experienced crew members
Follow direction from superintendents and lead carpenters
Help maintain a safe and productive work environment
Travel to various project locations throughout the Pikes Peak region
Commercial construction experience preferred
Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Learn from experienced superintendents and carpenters
Paid safety training and company-provided PPE
Long-term commercial construction projects

~Overtime available based on project needs
