Product Opportunity in Advisor & Client Technology Solutions ProductManager Location(s): Atlanta: 2300 Windy Ridge Pkwy SE, Suite750, Atlanta, GA 30339
Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary: $100,000 - $138,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Maintaina prioritized backlog aligned to businessobjectivesand customer needs.
Lead delivery execution with engineering teams and manage scope, risks, and dependencies.
Own product quality, testing readiness, release validation, and production support.
Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance toidentifyenhancement opportunities.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve discovery, backlog management, testing, and communication.
Basic Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar disciplines.
Strong understanding of Agile product delivery frameworks.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Financial services experience.
Experience supporting advisor-facing platforms and workflows.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience working with engineering, UX, and operational teams.
