Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake is an investment casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace & gas turbine components. Weekly Pay for Hourly Employees

• Manage inventory and place purchase orders with approved vendors for raw materials or other unprocessed goods, machinery, equipment, tools, parts, and other supplies or services necessary for the operation of the organization.

Manage the procurement process from requisition through receipt of goods and services
Inventory management of raw materials. Monitor supplier performance and conduct monthly supplier evaluations
Collaborate with production planning, engineering, and department managers to ensure timely availability of materials for production
Discuss defects with quality control/inspection personnel to determine source of defect; Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Organize and coordinate inventory
Maintain records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance, and inventory
Contact vendors to obtain information concerning product/service, price, vendor capacity to produce product/service, and delivery date
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Candidates without a bachelor's degree may qualify with a minimum of two years of procurement experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/MRP systems preferred
Excellent MS Office skills
Office setting with frequent trips out on the plant floor
Sitting or standing for long periods of time, extended periods of time using a computer screen, frequent walking
Travel Requirements: up to 10% for supplier/vendor visits
