As an Inside Sales Associate within WWT, you will have the opportunity to work within a high performing impact team including authorized suppliers and Inside Sales Representatives to learn the full scope of business and understand WWT’s customer and business needs. The ability to assist in preparing customer price proposals as well as identifying and leveraging product and promotional incentives will give you the base understanding of both Inside Sales as well as our Outside Sales organizations. Assist inside sales team in developing price proposals based on customer needs

Provide order tracking details to both the inside sales team and end-user customers as necessary

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal sales and operations teams as well as authorized suppliers

Responsibilities may vary based on assigned team, customers and associated suppliers

Personal Attributes:

Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry

Minimum of two years sales or sales support experience in the information technology industry

Proficient PC Skills (MS Office Suite)

Ability to travel as required meeting team and departmental goals (%)

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
