Dental Hygienist - Fulltime

5,000 Signing Bonus

• Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan
• Clinical autonomy with the support of a larger dental organization
• Referral Bonus Program of $600–$2,500 , depending on role

Full-time employees are also eligible for:

Location Gentle Dental Surprise

Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required
