Fulltime Flex Nanny

Position Overview

Position: Full‑time, Live‑Out. Location: Warren, NJ. County: Somerset. Ages: 2, 4, and 7. Start date: July. Schedule: 40–45 hours per week with flexible schedule. Car requirement: Family vehicle provided. COVID‑19 requirement: None. Compensation: $25–$30 per hour. Position code: G408WN.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and well‑being of the children.

Facilitate age‑appropriate activities.

Prepare nutritious meals.

Maintain children’s daily routines.

Support light household tasks related to the children (e.g., laundry, grocery shopping, vacuuming).

Occasionally assist with UPS package returns.

Ideal Candidate

About the Children

The youngest (2 years old) is bright, cheerful, and playful. She attends daycare most of the day and enjoys art and gymnastics.

The middle child (4 years old) is calmer, experiences attention‑seeking behaviors, and may be shy when meeting new people. He is sweet and enjoyable to hug.

The oldest (7 years old) is energetic, confident, expressive, and has been diagnosed with ADHD. After‑school activities include potential Italian lessons, therapy, sports, and emotion regulation classes.

About the Home and Parents

This is a health‑conscious household. Mom is friendly, outgoing, supportive, and well‑organized. Dad is laid‑back, travels frequently, and is less active at home. The caregiver will never be alone with all three children; the household works as a team, maintaining at least a 2‑to‑3 adult:child ratio each day.
