As an Insurance Sales Representative with Farmers Insurance The Hadder Agency, youll build relationships, help clients protect what matters most, and develop a growing book of business while creating opportunities to increase your income and advance your career.

Generate and follow up with new sales leads
Identify client insurance needs and coverage gaps
Prepare, present, and close insurance quotes
Cross-sell additional insurance products
Assist clients with policy changes and coverage reviews
Maintain accurate client and sales records
Meet established sales and production goals

Previous insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Candidates must currently hold or be willing to obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License before beginning employment. The Hadder Agency offers partial reimbursement of eligible licensing costs after successful completion of the training period.
