English Teacher- High School Teaching

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in English-related majors, with valid teacher qualification certificate and standard oral English proficiency.
• Familiar with primary and senior high school English textbooks and syllabi, proficient in listening and speaking teaching methods; relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Possess solid classroom management and instructional design capabilities, with flexible teaching styles adaptable to different student groups.
• Be passionate about education, responsible, patient and teamwork-oriented, able to follow school teaching arrangements and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. 1. Deliver English courses for primary and senior high school students with a fixed workload of 10 class hours per week, completing all scheduled teaching tasks in accordance with school teaching plans and official textbooks.
• Focus on students’ listening and speaking ability training, standardize students’ pronunciation, cultivate English language sense, and improve students’ oral communication and exam-oriented listening competencies.
• Conduct standardized teaching preparation, classroom delivery, homework correction and student academic performance tracking. Optimize teaching design based on curriculum syllabus and student characteristics to integrate textbook knowledge with listening and speaking training.
• Participate in school teaching and research activities, comply with school teaching management regulations, create positive classroom atmosphere, and stimulate students’ interest in English learning.
