Cost Production Estimator

We're looking for a Cost E stimator that can work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to properly cost the execution of our premier residential construction projects. Use your eye for details to analyze blueprints, specifications, and scope documents to create accurate material and labor cost estimates.

Use your acquired skills of estimating software and tools to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, internal quality standards, and building codes.

Apply your excellent organization, time management skills and sense of urgency to ensure projects stay on track.

Contribute directly to project success by preparing and sending requests for quotes, tracking and organizing the information as it comes in, inputting pricing and then following up to generate clear, professional proposals.

Use strong communication skills to serve as a key onsite point of contact on all pricing requests and questions from team members in sales, design, and project management.
