Job Summary: The Strategy Manager serves as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, enabling effective execution, alignment, and operational excellence across a large, complex engineering organization. Work directly with functional and business leaders on developing and executing of our strategic goals.

Accelerate outcomes across initiatives including driving Advanced Power Technologies transformation projects.

Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across engineering, product, operations, and corporate functions

Prepare executive materials, briefs, and communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; Partner and drive insights on financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical implications of strategic initiatives.

Track performance against segment strategic goals and KPIs, removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment across the enterprise.

Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Top Candidates Will Also Have: Bachelors Degree in engineering or MBA.

Experience in engine electronics software, systems or mechatronics.

Demonstrated ability to story tell and communicate at technical and executive levels business proposals and gain buy‑in.
