Your Role As a BCBA, you will play a key role in supporting children and their families by:

Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans.

Using data-driven methods to monitor progress and adjust strategies.

A Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Valid BCBA certification and licensure to practice in Florida.

Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting (preferred).

Compensation & Schedule Pay: $85,000 -$105,000 annually for full-time or $75-$90 per hour for part-time.
