Head of Post Production

Job Posting Title: Post Production Coordinator Req ID: 10158004 Job Description The Post Production Coordinator supports the execution of post-production activities across theatrical, streaming, and animation projects. This role focuses on administrative coordination, operational support, and cross-functional alignment to ensure projects progress efficiently from pre-production through final delivery. The Coordinator partners with Post Production leaders and works closely with Production, Editorial, and Studio teams to maintain schedules, track deliverables, and support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities Production & Post Coordination Act as a day-to-day liaison and point of contact for Editorial and Post teams across assigned projects

Support coordination across Production, VFX, and internal studio teams

Track and maintain production and post-production milestones

Maintain show calendars, production schedules, and departmental timelines

Document key meeting updates and action items

Editorial & Post Operations Assist with editorial room setup and ensure systems and access are in place

Support onboarding of editorial and post personnel, including account setup and access management

Vendor, Facilities & Logistics Assist in securing editorial office space and coordinating setup

Coordinate travel, housing, and logistics for editorial teams

Support shipping and equipment coordination for remote locations

Help maintain vendor coordination and service needs

Financial & Administrative Support Create and track purchase orders and invoices.

Maintain, collect, and audit physical assets provided by the Post Training team.

You will maintain records of when assets are checked in and out.

Assist in managing Executive Screening Room.

Support review processes and ensure materials are available.

Delivery & Distribution Support Assist in coordinating final delivery, including quality control and master approvals.

Basic Qualifications 1+ years of production/post production experience; or relevant internship experience.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects, with excellent follow through.

Ability to anticipate and resolve routine questions or issues while keeping senior executives aware of project status.

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Physical production and/or Post production previous Studio Production experience preferred.

Familiarity post calendars and applications.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
