Position Overview
We invite a skilled and compassionate Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct a diverse array of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, with clear and compassionate explanations of each step
Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are provided
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records in the electronic medical system
Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices
Education Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
Preference for completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program
Certifications Required
Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
