Our client is a wellestablished, innovative manufacturing organisation known for solving complex engineering challenges through advanced materials and processes. Generate and maintain quality inspection documentation including FAIRs, PPAPs, and inspection plans for incoming, inprocess, and final inspections.
Program and operate advanced inspection systems to support final and incoming quality checks.
Manage daily priorities within the QA/QC lab, ensuring accurate measurement methods and ontime shipment readiness.
Train inspectors and develop work instructions, visual aids, and streamlined inspection processes.
Partner with suppliers and procurement to resolve vendor quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Lead MRB and RMA activities, ensuring timely root cause analysis and customer communication.
Apply structured problemsolving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, and 5Why.
Use statistical and data visualisation tools to analyse trends and inform quality decisions.
Support new product development and testing, collaborating crossfunctionally to improve manufacturing yield.
Participate in internal, external, and thirdparty audits while reviewing customer quality requirements and engineering drawings.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

• 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of core quality tools and root cause analysis techniques.
• Experience working with ERP systems and managing quality data.
• Work on technically challenging products that push the limits of material performance.
