Pharmacist Home Care Pharmacy

We are looking for a collaborative and patient-centered individual to join our growing pharmacy team. Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate third party billing, direct specialty pharmacy workflow and participate in development of policies and procedures for specialty pharmacy business.

Documents all activities and communicates as appropriate.

Maintain expert knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and requirements based upon individual plans for specialty medication. Ensure Medicare B and all insurance billing is completed according to regulations. Manage patient assistance including enrollment in copay cards, foundations and grants. Directs and manages workflow in focused area of pharmacy practice. Serves as a lead on the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures for specialty pharmacy business.
