Job Description Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Greet, engage, and assist customers actively and visibly.

Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the POS system.

Handle various tenders such as Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, Rain checks, loyalty offers, coupons, and checkout procedures per company policy.

Adhere to company limits on cash shortages and overages, working honestly to control loss.

Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.

Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.

Inspect equipment regularly and report repairs needed.

Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products.

Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.

Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
