Must be willing to float to other departments as a safety companion
L&D experience (antepartum, intrapartum, preop, circulate, PACU) preferred
Description:
The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the healthcare team.
Plans and implements patient and family education.
Responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing is required.
Employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned.
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation.
Analyze the assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
