Advanced Practice Provider for Emergency Care Department - Full Time Position

Job Description Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP or PA-C) to join our group.

Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 2 years of Emergency Medicine Experience

OECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes:

Tiered compensation package base based on experience ($68.00-$88.00 hourly)
Eligible for quarterly patient experience/RVU performance bonus after 6 months

This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. The group benefits from partnership with Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians, Spokane Emergency Care Physicians, and Washington Emergency Care Physicians, bringing over 5 decades of emergency medicine practice experience in the MultiCare Health System.
