Our client — a well-established, community-focused bank with strong momentum throughout McKinney and greater Collin County — is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to bring their expertise, expand their relationships, and help build a lasting presence in one of North Texas's fastest-growing business markets.
This organization combines the agility to move quickly on opportunities with the resources and stability to compete for significant commercial relationships.
Generate new commercial business through proactive outreach, networking, and referral development
Structure, underwrite, and negotiate commercial loan packages that serve both the client and the bank
Lead the credit analysis process and present well-supported recommendations to leadership
Grow and retain an existing portfolio while cross-selling deposit and treasury management services
Serve as a visible representative of the bank within the McKinney business community, including chamber events, civic involvement, and local networking
3+ years of commercial lending experience, with a demonstrated track record of origination and closing
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong technical foundation in credit analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the professional presence to represent the bank at every level
