Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account

Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience

Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts

Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner

Brainstorm and strategize with other entry-level Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins

Requirement for our next entry-level Sales Associate:

• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
• Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
