- Connections (yep, just “Connections” to our friends) is on the hunt for a passionate, data-driven, and school-savvy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our incredible team. We're not your average ABA company—we’re collaborative, creative, and serious about supporting students and our staff.
We’re contracted with local school districts to provide services directly in the school setting, and we’re looking for someone who’s as excited about partnering with educators and shaping young minds as we are. This isn’t a "case overload and burnout" kind of role—our school-based caseloads are intentionally manageable , so you can focus on quality, not quantity.
???? Coach school staff on implementation and support strategies.
Active BCBA certification (Required)
Master's in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience working in school-based settings (Bonus points!)
Flexible scheduling and autonomy within your schools
Supportive leadership and peer BCBA mentorship
Clinical growth opportunities and CEU support
