Technical Recruitment Sourcer

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing team! This will be a recruiting role which will include: prospecting new candidates for open positions, reviewing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining an open line of communication with placed consultants.
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
Ability to learn terminology and conceptualize highly technical job descriptions using online research methods
