Retina Institute of Virginia is seeking a fellowship-trained Retina / Vitreous Specialist to join our growing team of ophthalmologists!
About the Practice: With two primary offices and three satellite locations across Richmond, Fredericksburg, Tappahannock, Colonial Heights, and Williamsburg, RIV provides state-of-the-art care for retinal diseases in a personalized, patient-focused environment. Our board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians specialize in:
Our mission is to provide highest-quality care with advanced equipment, facilities, and a dedicated support team.
Fellowship-trained in Retina / Vitreous (additional uveitis training preferred but not required)
- Average surgical cases: ~Richmond-based surgery
- Flexible surgery schedule
- MF schedule with at least one full surgery day
- weekend/holiday rotation (89 weekends per year)
- 20% travel to satellite office in Williamsburg
