Restaurant and Bar Bartender

Job Overview Topgolf is hiring a bartender to serve drinks to guests, interact with players, and maintain a clean, high‑energy bar environment. The role includes upselling, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience.

Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails.

Upsell cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance the player experience.

Maintain the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for service.

Clean glassware, restock supplies, and support smooth operations throughout the day.

Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top‑notch service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP.

Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar environment clean and compliant.

Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience behind the bar in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.

Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and player‑focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a popular, fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and, if required, responsible beverage service certification.

Strong communication skills and a can‑do attitude.

Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb. while bending, stooping, and carrying.

Stand and walk for most of the shift.

Perform active tasks and maintain endurance in a high‑volume environment.
