CNC Machinist I Fabrication 1st Shift

We are growing andwe're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 1st shift team (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.We specialize in one-of-a-kind and small-run projects for world‑class customers, including top research labs and technology‑driven industries. From prototype development to final assembly, our machinists are a key part of turning ambitious ideas into reality.

Set‑up, program (Fusion 360), and operate CNC equipment, including Hurco 5‑axis, Hurco 3 & 4‑axis, Hurco TMM10, G&L, Haas, and more

Machine high‑precision parts to tight tolerances following blueprints, travelers, and GD&T requirements

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed

Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly teams, especially during prototype builds

Train and support less experienced machinists as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree preferred

5+ years of CNC machining experience in a job shop environment

Strong CAM programming experience (5+ years, Fusion 360 preferred)

throughout a shift

Clear verbal and written communication in English
