Join us in making a positive impact on our residents' lives!Job Summary: The Physical Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.Qualifications:Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.Ability to supervise Physical Therapy AssistantsCompletion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
