Facility Maintenance/Custodian NEEDED ASAP!

Facilities Custodian
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility at this branch and corporate space. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Dispose of trash and recyclables according to facility guidelines.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate individuals when necessary.
Follow facility security policies, locking/unlocking doors as needed.
Keep an organized storage area for custodial equipment and materials and notify supervisor of supply shortages.
Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Education and Work Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Takes initiative in development and completion of projects.
Ability to handle complex issues and problems, escalating these to immediate supervisor when necessary.
Provides feedback to supervisor on ways to improve day‑to‑day operations when necessary.
