Help Patients Recover Where They Feel Most Comfortable—Home.
At Vitality Health Care, we believe exceptional therapy begins with meaningful relationships. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing mobile rehabilitation team. As a Mobile Physical Therapist, you will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain mobility, improve function, reduce pain, and maintain their independence.
If you enjoy treating patients without the time constraints of traditional outpatient clinics, value clinical autonomy, and want to make a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with Medicare Part B regulations, state practice acts, and agency policies.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
Experience in home health, outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
