Full-time School Occupational Therapist *Immediate*

Contract Type: W2 – Local or Travel Contract
Start Date & End Date: ASAP -June 9, 2027
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months post grad school based experience as an OT with grade levels K-12. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide related therapy services within a public school setting . This school-based OT role involves working with students receiving special education services , supporting their physical, emotional, sensory, and self-care development to help them achieve IEP goals.
Conduct assessments using diagnostic tools to evaluate fine motor, visual-motor, perceptual, sensory-motor, and self-care skills.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams, including teachers, therapists, and families.
Deliver therapy sessions through individual, group, or consultative models based on IEP requirements.
Support student independence and participation in the academic environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Valid State Occupational Therapy License
Experience in pediatrics, sensory integration, neurodevelopmental therapy (preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Skilled in writing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Familiarity with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and other disabilities
