Job Description Job Title: Handyman/Landscape Tech (Full-Time)
Wage Range: $18-$22 per hour

We are urgently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our maintenance team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and landscapes are well-maintained and functional. This position requires versatility in both landscape and general handyman tasks, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), painting, sheetrock, and more. Perform landscape replacement tasks, including basic landscaping work
Conduct general maintenance tasks such as repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
Repair or replace broken fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and other building components
Install and assemble furniture and equipment as needed
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance or repair issues
Perform routine upkeep, including painting, caulking, and minor construction work
Ensure all safety systems are functional, including fire alarms, emergency exits, and lighting
Maintain and organize tools and equipment; Work with contractors and other team members on larger projects
Follow all safety protocols and company policies during work and repairs
Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related fields
Experience with landscape replacement, MEP, painting, and sheetrock
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and systems
Basic understanding of safety and maintenance protocols
18-$22 per hour
