Job Description Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Buffalo, NY

Join a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York. This established, mission-driven organization is seeking three Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout the Buffalo area.

Founded in 1999, this respected FQHC serves more than 20,000 patients annually across four established locations in Western New York, with a fifth location scheduled to open by year-end.

With over 180 employees, the organization continues to grow while maintaining its commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.

Full-time, permanent employed position
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Rotating Saturday coverage based on clinic location
Rotating phone call schedule (one week at a time)
Opportunity to work across multiple sites, all located within approximately 30 minutes of each other
