- Call Type: Beeper/Phone
- Patient Demographics: Geriatric
- Patient Volume: 16-18
• Procedures:
- General outpatient geriatric evaluation and management
- Preventive care and chronic disease management
- Management of chronic and complex conditions
- Trauma Level: I
- EMR: Epic
Requirements :
- Active TX License
- BC/BE in IM and FM
• DEA
- Local (preferred)
- General Outpatient Geriatrics Experience
