Raise the Bar. Wachusett Brew Yard is looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality pro to serve as our Bartender-a frontline leadership role that ensures smooth service and exceptional guest experiences without formal supervisory duties. If you love craft beer, have solid restaurant chops, and enjoy energizing a team while delivering high standards, this is the role for you.
Serve guests with top-tier customer service and genuine hospitality
Support and guide front-of-house staff to keep service flowing smoothly
Pour beers, fill growlers, and talk guests through our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
Operate POS system, handle cash drawer with accuracy, and follow opening/closing procedures
Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or bar setting
Knowledge of craft beer and a curiosity to learn more
Flexible part-time hours in a fun, community-oriented atmosphere
Opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic hospitality brand
