5+ years of relevant experience in technical project/program management, product management, business analysis, or a combination of these disciplines within a technology or digital-product environment.

Strong technical project/program management and product management experience, with the ability to independently drive technical platform features and enhancements from discovery through production release.

Experience delivering technical products, platform capabilities, or software features through the full development lifecycle, including requirements, development, QA/testing, release, and production.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, QA/testing, and production release processes.

Working knowledge of technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, environments, data flows, dependencies, and security considerations.

Demonstrated strength in requirements analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Ability to partner effectively across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and business teams and translate business/user needs into actionable technical requirements.

Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, identify gaps and risks, drive decisions, and maintain accountability through delivery.

Strong product and end-user mindset, including the ability to understand what should be built, why it is needed, and how the solution supports intended business and user outcomes.

Strong product management experience, including research, discovery, ideation, solution definition, requirements development, prioritization, and feature delivery.

PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related certifications are a plus but not required.

Ability and willingness to quickly develop deep knowledge of the AI Governance and broader AI Platform ecosystem.

Lead AI Governance and AI Platform feature delivery from research, discovery, and ideation through requirements, development, QA/testing, release, and production, progressively taking independent ownership of assigned features and workstreams.

Drive cross-functional technical delivery by partnering with Product, UX/UI, front-end and back-end Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, clarify requirements, coordinate dependencies, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment.

Provide hands‑on technical project/program management and Scrum support, including planning, backlog and release coordination, working sessions, action tracking, risk and dependency management, stakeholder follow-up, and delivery readiness.

Translate business and technical needs into actionable platform solutions, supporting discussions involving APIs, integrations, environments, data flows, dependencies, security considerations, and other platform requirements while maintaining a strong product and end‑user perspective.

Candidates should have prior experience delivering technical products, enterprise platforms, or software features within a technology or digital-product environment, preferably in a large and complex enterprise organization. Experience combining technical project/program management with product management and/or business analysis responsibilities is particularly valuable.

Prior exposure to AI, AI Governance, Responsible AI, enterprise risk, compliance, or enterprise technology platforms is preferred but not required. Experience working with cross‑functional and globally distributed teams, particularly across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, business, risk, compliance, and governance functions, is strongly preferred.
