Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a meaningful role where your skills directly contribute to patient recovery? At Recovery Centers of America (RCA), we prioritize personalized, evidence-based treatment to help individuals overcome substance use disorders. As an RN at RCA, you will:

• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on the nature of mental health disorders, the disease of addiction and the need for treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that respects the dignity and diversity of all individuals.

An active RN license in the state where this facility is located.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, or 5 years of supervisory experience; phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and the capacity to safely administer medications and proficiency in effectively managing medical and behavioral health emergencies such as suicide ideation and aggression.
• Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co-occurring disorders and DSM criteria and terminology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills , with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
