Registered Nurse - Float / Resource Pool
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Float/Resource Pool. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telemetry and Stepdown Units and will provide exceptional care across various settings within the region.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings, adapting to the needs of different units.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring appropriate interventions and treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact RN license required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry, Stepdown, or Med-Surg nursing.
Experience in Critical Care is acceptable if the candidate is proficient in managing Med-Surg patient ratios and acuity.
Current certifications required: BLS and NHISS prior to start; ACLS is preferred.
Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher.
Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
Additional Information:
Candidates should be prepared to float to multiple locations within the region, specifically Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
