Head of Project Management

As a Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic success of our supply chain initiatives. Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function

Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation

Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
