Verovian Nursing Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team at a leading medical facility in Spokane, WA . This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-acuity surgical environment, delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures.
Assist in the preparation and execution of cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and surgical efficiency.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to maintain a sterile and effective operating environment.
Monitor patient vitals, respond to intraoperative needs, and ensure continuity of care before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of surgical interventions, patient responses, and clinical observations.
Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety initiatives.
Provide support in post-operative care and contribute to positive patient recovery outcomes.
Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain).
