Head of Sales (Remote)

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing development strategy through talent development, onboarding, communications, change management, and program coordination. The role helps ensure new processes, tools, capabilities, and organizational changes are effectively implemented and adopted.

Develop and maintain Development competency models, onboarding programs, and training plans.

Support delivery of sales kickoff, training, coaching, and capability development initiatives.

Manage implementation timelines, milestones, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across workstreams.

Support leadership reporting, governance activities, and change management effort.

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, organizational development, PMO, change management, or communications.

Experience building onboarding, training, or capability development programs.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

The salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
