Senior Software Engineer / Architect We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Architect to join our engineering organization as a senior individual contributor. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role for someone who loves getting deep in the code while also shaping the long-term direction of how we build software. You'll work closely with technical leads and senior engineers, multiplying their effectiveness through mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and clear technical vision. Mentor technical leads and senior engineers; introduce improvements that raise the quality and velocity of the whole team 5+ years of experience working in software development Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and scalability with a strong hands-on background Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL A track record of mentoring senior engineers and technical leads and elevating the people around you Strong understanding of security, performance, resilience, and cloud-native design at scale The minimum full-time salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000.
