The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.

Job Skills / Requirements

$18.00 Per Hour!**After 30 days - Pay increases to $20 per hour!

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.

Must have own reliable vehicle.

We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the week/weekends to cover available shifts.

As an on call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed.

Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change.

Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half!

When called in on short notice within an hour on a scheduled day off, employees will receive time-and-a-half pay for the full shift worked.

Minimum Requirements

Current Driver's License and good driving record

MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.

*Must be able to obtain a State Security Officer License ** No felonies per Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services

Pass background check

Must pass on-site drug test

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and securityWarn violators of premise rules and regulations

Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

Report any facility issues

Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable

Qualifications

18 years of age or older

Familiarity with security equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Must be responsible and dependable

Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.

Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must not have any felonies.

Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
