Greets and engages customers consistent with our Core Value of “Jump Over the Counter Service Excellence”.**Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy of product balances on hand.* Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.* Ensures all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.* Communicates with store director on inventory levels; Complies with all Company policies and procedures.* Provides friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding to customer complaints.* Takes precautionary safety measures when using equipment and work tools.* Assists with all other assigned duties, including period and bi-annual inventory service counts.**Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.* Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.* Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor**Education, Experience and Qualifications:*** Minimum of 18 years of age required.* Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.* High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience preferred.**sorting and typing).* Brookshire Grocery Company strives to provide a safe, drug and alcohol-free environment for its partners and customers.
