We are a thriving design build commercial construction company founded in 1977 and we want you to join our team. We are currently accepting applications for Union Laborers. We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop and apply their skills in ways that make a positive impact to our local communities. Support our communities
S+B James Construction has been setting the standard for excellence in healthcare, education, life sciences, commercial, retail, industrial, and public works construction in Southern Oregon and Northern California.
Provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers provide support for the carpenters and for the concrete operation in general installation.
Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
Perform duties as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
Safely unload and stage material at job site
Belong to local union with current membership
Occasional out-of-town travel
Drug screening per union requirements.
