Rehab Therapy - PTA

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team in Lee County. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families on rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Care: Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive device training.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.

Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab required.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
