Parts Counter Person Needed Immediately

Parts Clerk
E.L. Harvey & Sons has an immediate position available for a Parts Clerk at our site in Westborough, MA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Job Duties:

Assist the Maintenance Manager with general clerical tasks and data entry
Enter all repair orders into the company's maintenance tracking system
Maintain accurate warranty records and tracking
Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming parts, tools, and supplies
Organize parts to ensure they are easy to locate and properly stored
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Restock shelves and assist with ordering parts when supplies run low
Keep the parts room clean, safe, and compliant with company policy
Pull and prepare parts for mechanics and maintenance staff
Run parts to various sites as needed
Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers
What We Need From You:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts, inventory, warehouse operations, or related work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Reliable, team-oriented work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
