Supporting customers' network environments, the full-time Network Administrator will manage incident and problem resolution, perform troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices, and collaborate with external vendors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Perform break/fix troubleshooting and software updates for networking devices
Collaborate with external vendors to resolve hardware and circuit issues
Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting processes
Required qualifications
Associate's Degree in a related field
4 years of experience in a network operations center or equivalent support team
Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies, including firewalls and routers
Familiarity with ITIL-based incident tracking systems
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Security +
