Development training for advancement and career growth

As a cashier, you will be providing a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. You will be using point-of-sale equipment to register sales by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers' purchases.

Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties and return misplaced items to the shelves.

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.

Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.

Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy.

Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Complies with all other established company policies and procedures.

Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.

Cash handling efficiency.

The front end of the store is partially cooler and must be able to adapt and be comfortable in a cooler-than-normal temperature environment.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
