We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN VA Liaison, Charge Nurse to join our team! As a VA Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our veteran residents, ensuring their needs are met, and coordinating with the Veterans Affairs department in Atlanta.

Veteran Resident Authorization process and follow ups

Assure VA resident needs are followed up, including any VA grievances, family grievances

Coordinate VA communication for any VA resident appointments, transportation needs, and needs while in the facility

Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates

Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required
