As a Counselor, you'll lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams. You'll work in a mission-driven environment where compassion, integrity, and human connection drive real transformation.

Lead 3 4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications Master's degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR students enrolled in Masters' programs pursuing the credentials in the following bullet point.
Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.Experience leading Group Therapy.
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
