TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Roswell, New Mexico, 88201!

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical, Nights
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend Required
Provide direct patient care on a general Medical Surgical unit, including post-operative orthopedic and general surgery patients
Manage a patient ratio of 1:6, with occasional 1:7 on a 36-bed unit with high patient turnover
Float as needed, including occasional assignments to ICU for step-down or Medical Surgical overflow patients
Utilize Cerner EMR and Mindray Telemetry System for documentation and patient monitoring
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Must be eligible for New Mexico state fingerprinting; candidates' submitting agency must be registered with the state of New Mexico (fingerprint process may take several weeks)
Ability to float as needed and work every other weekend
Experience with Cerner EMR and/or Mindray Telemetry systems
Familiarity with step-down or ICU-level patient care
No call required, with potential accommodations for 48-hour guarantees and flexible block scheduling
Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-volume unit with a supportive travel nursing program
